The Floral Tag Monthly Subscription Policy.

Our Subscription is monthly, compiled of 10 scent items(may be various sizes, items); unique fragrance and/or body care, cosmetic items. 

Some of these items may be “overstock”, “new”, and “exclusive” items. 

Shipping Policy: 

Our Shipping Policy; subscription boxes will be shipped out once a month at the first of every month. Shipping times can vary anywhere from 2-7 days—so please be aware of any shipping delays, costs and any other incidents, etc. 

 

 

Refund Policy: 

We give customers a sixty(60) day refund policy; we ask that any broken items,or damaged items be discarded and disposed of by customer; we do not recommend shipping any damaged items back to The Floral Tag. We will refund up to 50% of your order back to your original payment method. We are not responsible for delivery service damages but will refund if issues arise. Thank you for understanding.
